Patch & Vulnerability Guard
Priced per machine, because that is what it protects.
A separate product, bought separately. Backup is priced by workload and terabyte because that is what it consumes; Patch Guard consumes neither — what it is worth is proportional to how many machines it keeps honest.
Billed per machine that reports. A machine that is switched off for a month is a machine you are not charged for — the count is what actually checked in.
Patch Guard Core
See what your estate is actually missing.
- Active Directory discovery — no agent needed to find machines
- Endpoint agents reporting real patch state, not directory guesses
- Coverage stated as a number: what is assessed, and what is not
- Microsoft's own KB numbers and severities, never an invented score
- One appliance
- Email support
Patch Guard Pro
Most boughtDeploy the fixes, on a schedule you control.
- Everything in Core
- Deployment in rings — pilot first, production last
- A snapshot before each install, and one-click rollback
- Maintenance windows and per-group change freezes
- Multiple appliances and domains
- 8×5 support
Patch Guard Enterprise
Run it for your clients, under your own brand.
- Everything in Pro
- White Label on your own domain — console, appliance and emails
- End-client accounts with scoped access
- API access and webhooks
- Unlimited appliances
- SLA and a named contact
Windows endpoints and Windows Server. No Linux or macOS, and no third-party application patching — said here rather than discovered during an evaluation.
Questions
The things people ask before they switch
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current period; annual plans run to the end of the term. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Nothing. Migration assistance is included on every plan — our engineers help you run in parallel with your existing tool and prove a restore before you retire it.
No. Restoring your own data never produces a bandwidth bill. Charging you to get your data back during an incident would be indefensible.
Backups keep running and you're billed $9 per extra TB per month. Nothing is deleted and no job silently fails. You'll see the overage in the dashboard before it reaches an invoice.
Neither. Restore points are exportable and Enterprise plans can use your own object storage. If you leave, your history leaves with you.
On Enterprise, yes — point Securive at your own S3-compatible bucket and we handle the backup, replication and verification while the bytes stay in your account.
Two months free — you pay for ten and get twelve. On Pro that's $398 back a year. Switch the toggle above to see the figure for each tier.
Find out whether your backups actually restore.
Connect one hypervisor, set one policy, and let a scheduled drill try to bring it back. If it doesn't, you'll know in a day rather than during an incident.
